Information you store in doji
doji stores the portfolios, investments, transactions, manually entered prices, and preferences you choose to enter. The app saves them on your device. A compact copy of selected portfolio information may be shared locally with doji widgets on that device.
Accounts and sync
doji has no account system and does not upload your portfolio document or transaction database to a doji cloud account. Your portfolio remains usable without creating an account.
Market-data requests
For a supported stock or ETF, doji requests the historical and latest available market information needed for that selected security. These requests may include the security’s identity and the needed date range.
The market-data service does not need your share quantity, purchase price, fees, dividends received, current investment value, or portfolio total. Standard network and security metadata—such as IP address, request time, and user agent—may be processed temporarily by the services that deliver and protect the request.
Market-data storage
Historical and latest available observations are checked and cached on your device. Clearly labeled sample data is bundled with the app and works offline. doji does not present sample data as a current market quote.
Analytics, advertising, and advice
The public 2.0 build includes no third-party analytics, advertising SDKs, or custom crash-reporting service. doji does not send tickers, transaction amounts, portfolio values, or gain and loss as analytics. It does not generate individualized investment recommendations.
Purchases
The doji unlimited lifetime purchase is handled by Apple through StoreKit. Apple processes the transaction and provides the app with entitlement information. doji does not receive your full payment-card details.
This website
dojifolio.com is a static Firebase Hosting site. It contains no account system, advertising tracker, analytics script, or form submission backend. Firebase and its delivery network may process ordinary request metadata needed to serve and secure the site. Following an email support link opens your own email client; the website does not capture the message.
Backup, restore, and deletion
You can create a complete portfolio backup from the Data area in the app and restore a validated backup later. You can also remove an investment or delete all local doji data after confirmation. Deletion cannot remove backup copies you saved elsewhere or device backups controlled by Apple.
Children and sensitive use
doji is a personal investment tracker and is not directed to children. Do not enter information that you do not have authority to store on your device.
Changes and contact
This policy will be updated if the app’s data practices materially change. Privacy questions can be sent to support@dojifolio.com. Do not include portfolio details, transaction files, or account numbers.
