By using this website or the doji app, you agree to use them lawfully and in a way that does not interfere with their operation or other people’s access. If you do not agree with these terms, do not use the service.
No investment, brokerage, or tax advice
Information and visualizations in doji are provided for personal tracking and education. They are not an offer, solicitation, recommendation, endorsement, or instruction to buy, sell, or hold any security. Any what-if or Buy More example demonstrates how transaction history changes a personal calculation; it is not a recommendation to make that transaction.
No custody or trade execution
doji does not open brokerage accounts, place or route orders, execute trades, hold securities, or hold customer funds. You remain responsible for all decisions and activity with your broker or other financial institution.
Market data and calculations
Market information may be delayed, incomplete, unavailable, or affected by the methodology of the services that supply it. doji is not a real-time quotation service and must not be used as trade-execution pricing. Transactions, adjustments, calculations, and historical ranges may also be affected by incorrect input or missing history.
Verify important financial and tax information against brokerage statements and other authoritative records. Personal performance in doji is distinct from tax basis, time-weighted return, money-weighted return, annualized return, and official account performance.
Your data and backups
You are responsible for the accuracy of the transaction information you enter and for maintaining any backups you require. Backup files may contain sensitive financial information; store and share them carefully. Details about on-device storage, market-data requests, and deletion are in the Privacy Policy.
Sample content
Sample companies, transactions, histories, and results are educational fixtures and are labeled as samples. They do not represent investment performance promises. doji never guarantees that an investment will be profitable.
Purchases
The first three active investments are available without purchasing doji unlimited. doji unlimited is a one-time, lifetime entitlement for unlimited active investments. The App Store displays the current localized price and handles payment, refunds, and purchase restoration under Apple’s applicable terms. Past investments that are no longer held do not consume active slots.
Availability and changes
The website or app may be updated, interrupted, or unavailable, including because of device, network, Apple, hosting, or market-data-service conditions. Features may change as the product is maintained, but any material change to privacy practices or purchase terms will be reflected in the applicable disclosures before it takes effect.
Intellectual property
The doji name, product design, website, app, and original content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms allow personal use of the product; they do not transfer ownership or permit copying, resale, reverse engineering beyond rights granted by law, or use of the brand in a way that implies endorsement.
Disclaimer of warranties
To the extent permitted by law, doji is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, complete, or suitable for a particular financial decision. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, the operator of doji is not liable for investment losses, trading decisions, lost profits, lost data, or indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of or inability to use the website, app, calculations, or market data. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Apple terms
When doji is distributed through the App Store, Apple’s applicable App Store terms and licensed-application terms also apply. Apple is not responsible for doji’s calculations, market data, or support except as its own terms require.
