How current are market prices?
doji uses historical and latest available market data to value your portfolio. Prices may be delayed and are not intended for trade execution. On Portfolio, pull down to check for newer prices. The freshness detail separates Prices through from Last checked, so a successful check never pretends an older market observation is new.
Why does doji start from when I bought?
A stock had a history before you owned it, but your investment story begins when your money entered. doji keeps the earlier market history as context and uses your transactions to show the outcome that actually belongs to you.
What does My Money mean?
MY MONEY is the centered reference for the net capital you put in. Above it, your investment is ahead. Below it, your investment is behind. The range records the best and worst personal outcomes while you owned the investment.
Why can Market and You point in opposite directions?
They answer different questions. Market shows the stock’s move over the selected interval. You shows the economic result of your own transactions since your money entered. Both results can be true at the same time.
How do I back up my portfolio?
Open Data, then choose Back up my portfolio. Save the backup somewhere you control. It contains sensitive transaction information, so handle it like a financial record.
How do I restore a backup?
Open Data, choose Restore portfolio backup, and select the backup file. doji validates the complete backup before replacing your current portfolio.
Why might an investment say Needs attention?
doji found more than one possible match for the ticker and needs you to choose the correct investment. Open that investment and select the company or fund you intended. Routine price delays do not create this message.
How does doji unlimited work?
Your first three active investments are free. doji unlimited unlocks unlimited active investments with one lifetime purchase; core local portfolio tracking is not a subscription. Past investments no longer held do not consume active slots. The App Store shows the current localized price.
I bought Unlock All in the original mySTOX. What happens?
doji uses the same approved non-consumable product identifier and is designed to recognize that historical lifetime purchase. Confirmation for an existing production purchase can only happen after doji 2.0 is publicly released, because Sandbox and TestFlight purchases use Apple’s test environment.
Is doji financial advice?
No. doji is portfolio-tracking and visualization software. It does not recommend investments, execute trades, replace brokerage records, or provide tax advice. Market information may be delayed or incomplete.
